| Delivery Of Your Products There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 per order charged when you place an order at Raspberry Bub baby boutique. All shipping is via regular post (Australia Post) unless specified when you place your order. Raspberry Bub baby boutique does not take any responsibility for orders that are lost in the mail. If you would like your order to be sent via registered post, please send us an email, or state this in the comments section of your order, and Raspberry Bub baby boutique will charge you an additional fee for this. Order processing & delivery time takes up to a total of 13 working days from the date your payment is received, although it is usually less than this. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. Although every effort is made for shipping of your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Unless otherwise agreed by us, our supplier will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We will use our reasonable efforts to ensure that our supplier delivers your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that our supplier will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery. Returning a Product If you simply change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice, Raspberry Bub baby boutique will not provide you with a refund or exchange. If the Product is faulty, we have indicated below what you should do and how Raspberry Bub baby boutique will respond to the problem. Raspberry Bub baby boutique will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed. The Raspberry Bub baby boutique Store Owner will provisionally determine whether the Product is genuinely faulty. Where a Product is determined as faulty we will arrange to provide a full refund or a replacement product, depending on your choice. If you find a defect in a Product at a later date than the deleivery time (within a reasonable time after delivery and before you have used it a lot - within the first 30 days) you should notify Raspberry Bub baby boutique and your claim will be treated in the same way as a faulty product. In this case, The Product should be returned to Raspberry Bub baby boutique within 30 calendar days. Where Raspberry Bub baby boutique has determined that a Product is faulty, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Raspberry Bub baby boutique. If the Product is deemed by the Store Owner NOT to be faulty, Raspberry Bub baby boutique may refuse to replace the Product or give you a refund for the Product. When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned faulty Product becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned faulty Product becomes our property. Faulty products must be returned whenever we agree to provide you with a refund or replace the Product. Raspberry Bub baby boutique will pay for returned faulty items automatically if you notify us of your claim within 30 days of delivery. When a replacement product is arranged for you, the replacement for the same Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned faulty Product. The delivery time for the replacement Product will be the same as stated for the original product. When returning a faulty product, please ensure you do all you can to return the product in it's original packaging.
Our Liability We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
